4. 3D surface model with element attributes

Common use:

• As-built documenting
• Documenting of the current state (produced before reconstruction, breakup, etc.)
• Any type of design (reconstruction, sanation, protection projects, etc.)
• Cost estimates calculation for any type of works or interventions on the objects
• Analysis of the objects' statics and structural calculations
• Digital filing (storing?) of the structures in their actual size
